    Of course their are unforseen events, U.S. might drop a big bomb, the board might all die in a plane crash like the board of SEA. As far as what the board has done and the position it is in is excellent.

    Volcano's could erupt, Yellowstone might blow and we are all gonna die eventually!!

    But having said all that I take your point!!
