Yes I believe so. While I think that on face value IAU has a huge potential the SP will not start to really move until the following happens

1. approval for mining
2. machines start moving in
3. first pour/income.

There will be 3 distinct phases which I have over simplified to make a point. I think the biggest rise will occur when approval is obtained. Announcement of thre approval will see this stock double overnight I feel and then continue to rise - all things being equal.

In the meantime IAU does remain a speculative stock and there are those who are going to try and pump it for all its worth before it gets beyond them ie SP too high. Someone knew there was more news coming and people were taking bets on the news being as spectacular as before. We'll see what GTD-193 brings

Had the news been a little better - it was still ok - then the SP would have more than likely gone to 2.30+.
