I do not understand your logic at all.
It's a case of damned if you do and damned if you don't here.
If IAU have a legal requirement to release information then that's it. If they don't and then get a enquiry you watch all the calls come out for incompetence.
Your energies are misspent and should be directed at the rules that govern companies in Australia. Yes I did say Australia which is the jurisdiction in which IAU operate.
I'm afraid your post does not add anything here at all.
