Yes IAU may operate under Australian jurisdiction - but that aint any help when your flagship project is in Indonesia :(
A bit harsh on chibrown?
I feel this is going to be a 2-year process to get these JV issues resolved - things like this don't move fast in Indo.
My second concern is that the JV partners are responsible for sorting out the forestry land issues - suspect that work has ground to a halt! Result: more serious potential delays
In for a long wait here I suspect
