I suspect that they knew the market needs some sort of ann.and have chucked together this garbage. I also suspect that there preference for announcing anything would have been after the new CEO starts 16/1/11 but the demands out there forced them to do something now. Relaying a lot on this new CEO to straighten things out for us.
