I dont know what your background is but I have been trading full time for quite a while. Typically watching the market only with occassional charts as back up.
Tell me how much money Amazon made in their first odd 10 years - NOTHING! And yet their share price ballooned - why? Because the market prices the future. Yes, it is less so with pennys but, ultimately, it does
Here we have, on paper, a great stock with a great story, It puts out nothing but good news and we all know, or think we know, where it is heading. And yet the SP is slowly falling
You believe that suddenly the market is just going to wake up to this unbelievable opportunity that everyone, except us, has missed- come on!?!?
I dont know, you dont know - none of us know what is truly behind the lagging SP. It could be one thing or it might be multiple. But I can tell you, from experience, what normally happens with 'negative divergences' like this. When bad news comes out, it gets thumped!
If they miss a production target, or something goes wrong in Spain, hang onto your hats because, like the BFS mistake, you could see your gains wiped out in hours.
Ask yourself, if its 'Christmas time' at these prices why arent people accumulating - why? If the pot of gold is so close. I can gurantee people a lot more switched on than you or I have already looked at this one and passed - why?
I hope you are right about Christmas since my school fees just jumped another 5%. But I think it will probably break 6c on the current trend.
