This is in sound financial hands. Iv'e been burned many times by great geos who are clueless in financial management and dilute shareholders with constant low ball desperate CRs.

If you gradually increase production using existing infrastructure and bang in the middle of rail lines, then you reduce the capex to a trickle and gradually the company becomes a significant player just by being wise early on.

Cheap CRs stink in other words. I hold AZS and while I'm extremely happy to see it do so well on the back of brilliant geo work, they did a 20 for one consolidation that smashed my holdings...but what can you do? A: don't make the same mistake next time.
This one is a keeper...it has a similar approach that AOH had but they failed on strategy and got out manoeuvred and sold off the company for far less than it was worth to an opportunist Canadian mob who took advantage of shareholder fatigue. Be grateful for small mercies. Look at how Collins St fund have a position. That got my attention too. You've got a top flight Board here.
