With no profits, how is this to be paid for?
More equity, more shares, and the sheep line up.

Was this part of the AXO takeover documents?
Did AGO management know of this in the preparation of the AXO documents?

And the AGO holders jumped on me when I said another raising was in the offing. ( 5/8/2010 post - Albeit for a different reason ).
