Suppose you can't fault people's enthusiasm for any news some how related to QXR though. If news is what they want then why not give it to them? Why not put a live news feed on the QXR website detailing exactly what they are doing at any given time of the day? For example:
QXR Live News Feed:
6:00am: Trench 2 drilling commencing...
6:30am: Trench 2 drilling paused, inspecting deposits.
6:45am: Discarding deposits. Trench 2 drilling recommencing...
7:00am: Bulldozer removing excess debry from trench 2.
I reckon shareholders would love it. I'm sure it would quell appetites somewhat for news during those quiet times inbetween reports to the asx when the shareprice drops because no one knows exactly what is going on with QXR at that specific point in time
