Raise is being done at 2c or above. Share price is at 1.3/1.4c without all the contracts and a proper overview of potential revenue. IMO when this comes the share price will trend to above 2c and the raise will be done according to where the share price is at. So no, I wouldn't imagine there will be a consolidation.
