It really incentives Nick, the potential payday there is huge. Assuming the business is generating a net profit of $10m, the share price will be many multiples of that currently, those performance shares vest and he can cash out for a tidy return. Pretty shrewd way to monetize an asset that would likely decay away from a time perspective. The further dilution, whilst obviously a concern is a good problem for shareholders to have (as the business will be profitable!).

TV2 are really starting to tick the boxes, the news releases are more polished and professional, the communication more frequent and the deals stacking up from an eye test. We now just need the revenues to flow, GLTA...!
