Hi Taincrow. I think you have your information muddled up. The call center with 50 people seems to be referring to the Brazilian side of things - It was under the SOL GO Brazil heading. It should not be taking resources from the PGAS project, and therefore PGAS launch has nothing to do with the call center of 50 staff. I believe they plan to have this setup and ready for the premium content and when revenue starts rolling. I am further sure of this as they mention they are working in conjunction with ISP partners which only the SOL Telecom deal has ISP partners (I remember they were looking at 5,000 subscribers per ISP in the OTT Association, and now it's more like 25,000 or something). While PGAS is only Smartfren.
