OK. I think you are correct. I did read that as Indo project.
The timeline I stated for PGASCOM for March 2018 is not affected by this not being a deliverable as I plotted it without thinking about a call centre deliverable in the first place.
It makes sense though that Smartfren or Pgascom will need a call centre function in place once Indo cranks up as the marketing piece will build the numbers towards and beyond minimum guarantees and towards targets published. Who owns that responsibility will reveal itself in time.
The South Amercican ISP and telco partners no doubt already use call centre technology for other marketing purposes and one of these could be re-purposed towards supporting the new SOLGO product with in-bound and outbound support. It would just be a new campaign for such tele-centre staff so I get your point.
