The above is what I gleaned from the announcement. TV2U's plan is to focus on emerging markets with large subscribers. They are currently working to plan.
March 2015 Foxtel had 2.8m subscribers. Today we see that TV2U has partnered with a company with roughly 1/3 of this. It is a very good announcement.
