Well said and fully agree. It has to be noted that it requires 2 companies to sign a LOI and this would not just happen like that if there had not been a formal presentation and the other party likes what they are presented. The only difference is that LOI is not binding, but it does not diminish the intent of both parties in a collaboration.

Yes agree that all LOI/s may not lead into a binding contract but looking at the recent history, they have successfully progressed to binding contracts with 2 majors – SOL & PGASCOM already and first revenue likely to hit the accounts. So, there is a lot more to be confident about the recent LOI/s and even TV2 gets 50% LOI/s into contracts will be still HUGE..
