    CCSTV's failure to obtain OTT licences and our scrambled backup plan to use SlimPack was killing the deal and thd SP.

    I'm glad they identified the barrier, removed it and got this deal across the line. TV2 is officially "in business" with that sweet sweet revenue stream.
