Im not sure that’s entirely accurate if you reference the first announcements of Brazil and follow through its progress (or lack thereof).
If so, you are you suggesting that a penny stock company on the ASX had a greater capacity to acquire and understand licensing and content rights than a Brazilian Telecommunications company?
This being the case, why are they now in a better position to deliver?
