what's potentially interesting, CN is not able to convert until 30 April... this coincides with likely release date of Jan-March quarterly which will provide holders a measure of revenue growth as the first signs of revenue (confirmed in webinar) are due in the Sept-Dec quarterly.
so scenario A is that revenue growth from Dec qtr impressive enough to boost SP and Lind picks up a cheap shares for big and guaranteed profits
or Scenario B is that revenue growth from Dec Qtr is dismal and SP tanks, in which case Lind picks up shares more or less at a 10% discount.
So! Does Lind know something we don't???? cus I can guess which scenario they would prefer..
