Its quite an interesting convertible security arrangement. The augmented face value of 20% is definitely very high, however reporting the opportunity to repay in cash for some of the repayments shows confidence from both sides of the agreement. It's a shame they couldn't negotiate the share repayments to be at 100% VWAP.
Finders fee issued in shares at around 1.1c is nice.
