What about government deals ?
Where they have no OTT existing ??and tv2 would build out their whole operation from scratch ? That would have to involve a cash payment surely ?
Or even a private deal wanting a proof of concept etc ?
Just some alternatives to think about.
Not every pipeline will necessarily be a Divan with its own OTT just ready to expand.
