interesting... taking a more positive (perhaps unlikely?) view, could it be that the dissolution of Talico is to satisfy relisting requirements - removing that doubt as to how they interact? perhaps the IP and "projects" have now been fully absorbed rendering Talico redundan?
but then why the incessant mention of Talico after the IP transfer took place ?
I suppose we will have to wait and see
