Q. why would nick be prepared to sell off K2U ?
A. More lifestyle salary .
Q. As K2u was the only revenue that tv2 had in any substantial way, why was it sidelined ?
A. Inept management, who blamed marketing partners.
Q. Why would it be better to spin out K2U to TV2 holders in specie than have it sit on the shelf of the titanic ?
A. Obvious.
Q. Why wont it be spun out ?
A. Because it will admit failure of everything else.
(could you imagine the impression, that K2u earning and TV2 not)
