Someone on HC recently reported that the head-end equipment had not yet been delivered to the data centre.

"Delivery of head-end equipment will release a further payment equating to 65% of the order adding to the 30% deposit already received." - announcement from 23rd Nov, 2017

I'm sure payment will be released as stated once contractual obligations have been fulfilled by TV2U.

I think this is a positive announcement indicating progress in the region. I wouldn't say it means "very little" at all. It's just not the announcement some people are wanting. Hopefully the head-end equipment for PGAS will be delivered this month, releasing further payment to us, which should sustain us until revenue starts flowing in the 2nd quarter this year (IMO).

As far as I'm aware commercialisation is yet to begin for Brazil, as the rebranding took time and probably caused some delays. I imagine that the launch party scheduled for 26th Jan will kick off the full commercial launch and marketing drive for this region.

Unfortunately overambitious timelines have given people unrealistic expectations. It happens in other sectors as well, such as mining and health, with delays in drilling, medical trials, approvals etc. It's not great for the share-price short term, but nothing has given me reason to be concerned.

I don't expect anything to be reported in terms of subscriber numbers or revenue from business activities in the upcoming quarterly. And if a free 1-month trial period is part of the marketing strategy, I don't believe we will see revenue until at least March. Importantly the company only felt the need to take up $600K from the Tranche E, out of a possible $1.4 million. This would seem to indicate confidence in managing expenditure until revenue starts.

I recall listening to a podcast from an angel investor a while back. If I remember correctly most of these investors don't expect to see any return on their investment for 3-5 years. That's how I choose to see this investment as well.

    GLTAH.
