I agree two options
For #2 I think it is unlikely they would get next rounds of funding from individual investors, will most likely be more sophisticated investors who would unlikely get their questions answered in an open webinar. Secondly, best and only way to get confidence from here is revenue .That's why I think it is #1 also , with all the pending events to happen in Jan -Mar 19' this no doubt shows good confidence from the company
