Interesting announcement. $350k is a very modest salary compared to similar sized company rem and half of what his predecessor was paid. I think his performance justifies a significant rem package.
I'm very happy to see the incentive package in place to align his performance with shareholders, however Grant already has a fair incentive to perform based on his existing shareholding.
Having Christine Charles oversee this process also gives great confidence..
