IMO, we need to start holding directors accountable. This is a cash-strapped explorer with less than a quarter’s worth of funding, issuing shares and convertible notes to keep the lights on. There has been no material improvement in value for shareholders since late 2022, the SP has dropped roughly a third.
$325k (excluding super!) is already an extremely generous salary for a non-revenue making company. I personally think another raise is unwarranted until there has been a proven value increase to SHs. End rant.
