Previous management had their Rem packages aligned solely with themselves.
The new team are paying themselves a pittance in salary with the balance provided by options. These options are not set at some fluffy exercise price just over current SP they are only set to benefit from them when this project is well advanced and the SP is at multitudes of the current SP.
Don't start me on the payout for PB negotiated with Biddle. But in hindsight that is money we'll spen to get rid of him!
