Great appointment and here's hoping the SP move is more than just a temporary sugar hit.
Reality is, unless you live in a highly corrupt country no one, no matter how well connected they are, can bypass the EPA process.
I don't think we've been told but I assume Tivan + is about modifying original Tivan to meet the NT EPA's new, mostly air pollutant, requirements.
Here's hoping the Tivan modifications are smooth, fast and doable so we can get our Darwin based pilot plant, which will be fed concentrate from the already approved Mt Peake mine, up and running ASAP
