- Earth AI is on board and paying its way to share in the upside opportunity, which there may be plenty - this has the potential for a huge re-rate in the coming year.
- GW has access to fantastic stakeholders who, when the time is right, will lean in with capital and/or as a JV partner.
- F is an important catalyst to keep the company afloat and provide the financial means to take it to the next level (the F project is our enabler that will turn this company into a producer and allow us to get the other projects done quicker, with minimal dilution as it underwrites the next phase of this company's journey). Also, with F a re-rate beckons once the initial and subsequent PFSs are released and hopefully a tier 1 JV partner are signed up.
- V will come online at the right time, with solid progress being made.
- There are no lifestyle directors, management or employees - everyone is working super hard and base pay is modest.
- Working capital is not being wasted.
- Great leadership and commercial acumen.
