60ktpa is a significant chunk of change US$1.336B
It is also 10 times the size of the 2mtpa plant which the company footprint was targeting.
Wonder if the design kept with the modular staged approach in 2mtpa blocks.
As for growth - there are lots of opportunities for Vanadium demand growth. So many technological advances seem to have Vanadium in one of it's forms as the tech enabler.
