Good presentation.
I wasn't compelled by the fluorite project when it was announced as felt it was a distraction and muddied the waters that Grant and team have been working to clear.
But I understand prioritising it at this point in time:
The flow sheet is very simple - dig, crush, float, ship.
Capex will be relatively low, and given where we are in the mining business cycle, equipment might become available.
It will help develop Speewah for eventual Vanadium mining.
Most importantly, and clearly Grant's absolute priority (probably given the pain of the last CR and fact that options have not yet brought the interest in the SP that Grant was expecting) it is a fast track to revenue.
What I like most about it is he is backing his decision with passion and clear commitment. There is a timeline for PFS and to production, which Grant is committed to. I'm willing to back him at least to the PFS, if only to see if it's really the miracle he says it is.
