as others have said the NPV of $480m, EBITDA $114m pa are significant in their own right. But to think G and the team have obtained this within such a short time frame from an asset purchased for $20m is staggering.
Furfhermore this is just the first phase of developing this asset - we still have resource expansion possibilities ahead in the medium term and of course V in the longer term.
Finally this sets a floor under our MC for those naysayers that keep popping into the room and saying the MC isn’t justifiable etc. So hopefully no more of those posts to waste our time.
So happy for G and the team to get this recognition for all their hard work.
