Unfortunately Grant has inherited a basket case from the previous ceo , missed deadlines , broken promises , gross mismanagement of funds , exorbitant salaries for zero ( negative return).
These aren’t easy fixes and one thing I’m extremely happy with at present is Grants integrity and openness about what is going on .
It was a tough gig to put your hand up for but I believe Grant is the right bloke for the job.
