The white elephant in the room ...True PBs self serving nature and naivety screwed it up the first time round but imo it still remains the approval Pasparley and other leading businesses in Darwin. They're the ones pulling the political strings. Someone once said that Darwin would always remain a big town rather than a city while they're in control.
All the more reason I still believe TVN new management needs to have an office located in Darwin to have a finger on the pulse and to have any chance to have it built here.. they need to work with and answer any concerns with them....government will just fall into line.
My other concern is if Mt Peake was a failure to build and going back to Middle arm with that failing where to then??.
So far it would be a total of 5yrs wasted with the attempted construction of Tivan first in Darwin and then Mt Peake.
PB owes at least 5yrs of his salary....Geez what did he actually do on his over paid salary???
