This is a very welcome development!

An EPCM like hatch would not be involved with a minnow like TIVAN unless:
- They were certain that the company had the funding to pay the ongoing consultancy/ study fees
- Have done a fair amount of due diligence on the project to suggest that viability was likely
- Had some faith in TVN management

Hatch is a very well respected major. They are usually engaged in MUCH larger projects. They obviously see something here that they like.

I would not be surprised if they have not worked with Stephan before and his relationship/ reputation has brought them in for a closer look.
