Have to agree along the lines of Shacky....WA mining projects involving red tape ect. move at three times the pace of the NT and I still believe there will be strong opposition by local businesses that will make it virtually impossible to set up a plant at middle arm. It very well could mean that GW is giving Tivan a chance to get off the ground in WA because it wont happen in Darwin.
Management with Tivan has changed but the NT government? None ...doesn't mean squat how well GW speaks I think he'll be stonewalled by local businesses. It's like a game of chess in making the right moves and for me GW is making those moves in the best interest of share holders something buggerlugs didn't....I believe Tivan will happen just not here in Darwin...this means more time and much time has been wasted while PB was in charge and now time is of the essence.
