I view this announcement as very positive. First point of difference to anything announced in the last decade is that it is binding.

It values our shares at 10c, but not sure if it will lift the price but at least the deal is done at this price.

However, it raises a lot of unknowns. Where is the priority? Mt Peake or Speewah? I suspect we are about to refocus on the WA deposit. SH's will be thinking about the absolute waste of time and money that has gone into Mt Peake, Middle Arm etc if we pivot to Speewah, so there will be some reluctance /trepidation from SH's.

Great positive: Speewah is now a fantastic bargaining chip for NT and WA govt, combined with critical minerals strategy and NIAF from Feds,

Grant obviously has a plan. We just need to be patient now and find out what it is.
