    These guys aren't the 100 bagger potential type. But, if for example you sell some property, I feel this is a reasonably safe place to allocate some capital for a decent return. No debt, consistent financials.
    Any concerns moving forward? It seems the property market is slowly starting to pick back up. The low cash rate is of concern but it's going to impact more than just TWD if things go sour.
    Has given holders excellent returns over the last few years.
