    Strange announcement.
    Most of these hits to revenue have already been announced, so why do they have to repeat them and confirm that the dividend (which has already been declared) is still to be paid? As well as being maintained into the future.
    I'm not fully up with the Senterprisys story, but it does not look bad: $350,000 for a rights issue is chicken feed for TWD, and the possibility of a revaluation is positive.
