Shocked this is green given the underwriter is caught with 16m shares that are below current market price. Perhaps it was hedged via shorts when this was above $10.80, so no need to dump. Could be wrong, albeit volume is trading is higher than normal at close to 5m shares with 1.5 hours left of trading.
