Nothing to do with kow tow to China, I've worked in China for several years, they're extremely pragmatic people, they only care about money and building their country, they couldn't care less whether you kow tow to them or not. Basically they view Australia who want all their money but going behind their back at every turn, we run a massive a trade surplus with China to offset deficit with other countries, China has been favourable to us in trade for long time, the FTA was heavily skewed to our side, with Morrison in bed with Trump this was long time coming.
