I think holders are being stiffed. Corona had nothing to do with the last significant SP fall. Clarke sold his shares at the near top of the market. These sales situations do not suddenly happen in the wine industry, management would have known well before the announcement. And they certainly do not need offices at The Paris End of Collins st. TWE is a very fat organisation
