100% agree with you man... they obviously are lacking experience to bring 2 new board members that are obviously a cost to the company.. and not a cheap cost by any means... shows they are in territory they aren't even sure about... seems to me like they tried to get into the hype of crypto, blockchain and tokens and didn't count on the hype to come to an end, took a major gamble... now they are scratching their heads as they are wondering if spending shareholders money in the millions will even come to fruition... scary times for shareholders that is for sure... even if it jumps 100-200%, the confidence has left the building and holders will exit fast on the next spike unless something game changing is bought to the table that will provide ongoing revenue to become self sufficient and support the company overheads... ...
