Price sensitive? No I don't think so, just another blue sky announcement that even if actioned today won't have any bearing on BRK's share price for years.
The only price sensitive announcement that will be greeted with excitement out side of Suite 9 Churchill Ave, will be the one setting out a buyback program that delivers real shareholder value. The best deals done are always win-wins, and a BB is the best win-win you can instigate with tangible benefits for all, not least the opportunity to restore trust with shareholders.
David, shareholders are hungry & want to eat, so before you go spending the grocery budget down at the Oklahoma O&G casino please consider what works best for all stakeholders.
