Because if the company turns around, that sunk capital will yield benefits to those holders who got 100 million of development value for 10 million..

It's reasonable to be pessimistic but you must agree that at the first clear sign the company's product has a future the sp will rise significantly from the basic zero it currently is. Maybe not enough for you and me, but for anyone buying under a cent they will be very pleased. Whether that sign is sales, or FDA or GBA or percutaneous implant success I don't know. But if it happens and you buy at these levels you will do very well.
