This looks good on the surface, but a couple of questions if someone out there wiser than me could inform me.
Say for starters the wells are successful and produce the suggested yield,
1, What is the payback period for the $8m investment.
2, What is the historical production decline.
It would be helpful to have a chart showing the current producing wells and their projected decline in production over the next 5 years.
