    Simple.The smart investor has seen that his hard earned money would just stagnate with CTP. The “news” is, as usual, about sometimes that will not bring fruit for another year or tw…, and that is IF all goes to plan…,,,,, and, to be fair, we have many many many instances of all talk and no result,
    Obviously wisely decided to invest that money somewhere else with more promise.
