Great idea @plough. Maybe OLI could synergise with petrol retailers and put their stores on the highway, maybe close to service stations??? Outstanding thinking.
Early bird special - "why not get on the highway 3 hours earlier than you need to and save 20% on an egg sandwich". Genius.
With your motel, why not have a 'breakfast or dinner IN bed' option. That will save on having to buy tables for the restaurant. And with those floating beds, it will be easy to vacuum up any spillages during the meal, saving 10 seconds of labour every 2.828 weeks. I'm happy to share more of these ideas with you if that helps in your planning.
