Interesting to have a current Disney+ exec on the board if Disney+ is a client.
Could possibly be building a closer relationship between the two orgs? Then again (and happy to be corrected) if they were building a formal closer relationship I wouldn't expect to see Andrea Cutright being paid in shares and cash as she will be per the relevant Appendix 3X.
