    YES - strange at that may now seem !
    see below extract from 7 April 2014 ASX announcement - you will find more references in announcements around this time - MEO was paying money to buy an income-producung asset, to sustain itself.
    Lousy strategy for shareholders at the time, and has proved to be worse than expected.
